Students in Mr. Roldan's Physics class revisited their thermodynamic unit to show that "hot" and "cold" do not exist. This is most easily seen with the dry ice in different temperature water. The transfer of thermal energy between something we think is "cold" seems to have a similar reaction compared to when we boil water, which shows that rather than "cold" being transferred between objects, it is thermal energy. Way to go, Mavericks!
