Words can’t express how proud I am to be the principal of our amazing Pearsall High School Maverick Band! Watching them perform at the UIL 4A Area E Marching Contest was an amazing experience. The dedication, hard work, and Maverick spirit they put into every note and step are truly inspiring. This group of talented students never ceases to amaze me, and I’m so honored to be a part of their journey.

Each week our teachers nominate students who go above and beyond in and out of the classroom! Here are this week's STUDENTS OF THE WEEK! Freshman - Jace Valenzuela is a very hard-working student and always goes above and beyond to submit the best work possible. He is also always respectful in class. Sophomore - Amorese Valenzuela provides a unique insight into the class that contributes to a positive learning environment. Junior - Kaley Briseno has maintained a high GPA, is punctual, and takes her studies seriously. She is always ready to answer questions or read aloud. Senior - Delaynee Branum is a great student who completes assignments and has a positive attitude. CAUGHT BEING KIND: Shawn Perales, Bryan Peralta, and Damian Lopez volunteered to beautify the outside of the campus after the homecoming tailgate and bonfire!

Join us for our District Reading Symposium and Report Card Night on Wednesday November 6th from 5:30 to 7pm at our Pearsall High School Cafeteria!
